Explicit prohibition of CSAE and CSAM
COM1 prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking, attempts to solicit sexual content involving minors, and use of the app, attachments, bots or integrations to facilitate or promote these acts. Such content and behavior are never permitted.
Reports and concerns
Report suspected child safety violations to mail@najad.dev. Please describe what happened, affected COM1 handles, approximate time and packet references, if known. Do not forward or attach CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately. Reports may also be made to relevant child-protection authorities in your region.
Handling child safety reports
Reports of possible CSAE/CSAM warrant urgent safety assessment. Where substantiated and technically possible, appropriate measures include removing illegal material or access, restricting or disabling involved accounts, preserving evidence only where lawfully required, and notifying or cooperating with the appropriate legal authorities or designated reporting organizations as required by applicable law. COM1's message delivery and optional encryption architecture can limit access to server-held content; this does not change the prohibition.
