1. Respect people and boundaries
Do not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, impersonate, defraud, send repeated unwanted contact, or disclose others' private information. Respect a person's choice not to communicate with you. Don't use automation, bots or account creation to evade protections or continue contact after being asked to stop.
2. Prohibited content
COM1 prohibits content and behavior involving sexual exploitation of children, grooming, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), trafficking, threats, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible violence, illegal activity, malicious software deployment, phishing and unauthorized system access.
3. No spam or unauthorized machine actions
Do not use bots, scripts, API features, SSH or other integrations to spam users or systems, harvest identities, steal credentials or control machines without permission. Bot tokens and machine access remain the user's responsibility.
4. Reporting concerns
You may contact mail@najad.dev to report abusive conduct, content or accounts. Include the relevant handles, approximate time, packet references and a brief description. Avoid forwarding illegal content itself, sensitive material or personal secrets. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services or appropriate authorities rather than relying only on email.
5. Review and enforcement
Credible reports should be assessed promptly and proportionately. Appropriate action may include a warning, restrictions, account suspension or deletion, appropriate content removal where technically and legally possible, preservation of material when legally required, or referrals to relevant authorities. End-to-end encrypted content is not automatically available for server-side inspection, and already delivered copies may remain with recipients.
6. Developer launch responsibility
These standards describe expected conduct and the report channel. See Child safety and Support for additional information.
