Open the bot console
/bot
/bot create
Create a bot identity and an appropriately scoped token. The API can deliver text packets, structured information and alert cards into designated chats. Raw tokens are shown once and should be saved safely; revoked tokens cannot be used again.
Example: an alert from your server
SERVER01@BOT:~$ [WARNING] DISK CAPACITY
HOST // homelab01
PARTITION // /
USAGE // 92%
The bot integration uses the Supabase com1-bot-ingest Edge Function (installation and deployment are required for an operational bot endpoint). COM1's project documentation includes scopes such as send_text, send_structured and send_alert, with revocation and rate-limit controls.
Shared commands
/bot @server01 status
A bot's command execution is dependent on its enabled backend/callback and the permission granted by the bot owner; commands are not an unrestricted remote shell.
Security
Treat tokens like passwords and grant only necessary permissions. External bot systems, endpoint services and hosts fall outside COM1 Secure Link's local end-to-end encryption trust boundary. A future COM1 Agent for outbound-only private servers is planned, not included as a finished download here.
